Unbudge
iPhone · App blocker

The block that doesn't budge.

Pick the apps that eat your day. Unbudge blocks them on a schedule, lets you take a 15-minute break when you need one, and locks them again on its own, even if you never open Unbudge again.

Coming to the App Store
No account. No ads. Nothing leaves your phone. Free forever for 3 apps and 1 schedule.

It proves itself first

Before any payment screen, you block one app for 15 minutes and watch it hold. If iPhone refuses the first time, Unbudge retries for you and tells you why.

Take 15

Breaks are 15 minutes because that's the shortest iPhone allows. We say so. The block returns on its own with the app closed.

Privacy policy

Effective September 4, 2026. Unbudge is made by KANAU WORKS (Kodai Murakami, Japan).

Unbudge uses Apple's Screen Time framework (Family Controls, Device Activity and Managed Settings) to block the apps you select. Your app selections, schedules and usage records are stored only on your device, inside the app's own container, and are never sent to us or to anyone else. Unbudge has no accounts, no analytics SDKs and no advertising. Purchases are handled by Apple; we receive no payment details.

Screen Time data is used only to run the blocks you configured and to show you your own reclaimed time. It is not used for advertising or marketing, is not shared with data brokers, and is not used to manage any other adult's device. Deleting the app deletes all of its data.

The block stopped workingOpen Unbudge. The line under "Today" shows whether the shield is holding; tap it to re-apply. If iPhone says authorization failed, tap Retry — the first attempt sometimes fails and the second succeeds.
I deleted the appDeleting Unbudge removes its blocks. To prevent that, turn on Settings › Screen Time › Content & Privacy Restrictions › iTunes & App Store Purchases › Deleting Apps: Don't Allow.
